WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Todd Young (R-Ind.) joined Chris Miller, Visiting Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI) and author of Chip War, for a discussion about how theUnited States faces a new era of global technological competition as it confronts a rising China.

During the event, Young discussed how the United States can strengthen its technological edge, fortify key supply chains, and outcompete China in areas like shipbuilding, semiconductor manufacturing, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and critical minerals.
