Young Statement on Anniversary of Hamas Terrorist Attack in Israel

WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Todd Young released the following statementregarding the second anniversary of the terrorist attack by Hamas on Israel:

“Today marks two years since Hamas terrorists crossed the Israeli border and carried out the deadliest attack on the Jewish community since the Holocaust, killing innocent civilians – including Americans. I continue to stand with the Jewish people, condemn all forms of antisemitism, and call for the safe release of remaining hostages from Gaza.”

Senator Young also joined Senator Joni Ernst (R-Iowa) and colleagues in supporting a bipartisan resolution condemning Hamas for its brutal terrorist attack on Israel two years ago.
